In-house EPC and Project Management Capabilities
Asian Royal Construction, the in-house division of Asian Royal has been a leading EPC player in the power sector for more than four decades. The division undertakes turnkey EPC contracts for conventional and renewable energy power plants including civil, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works and associated detailed engineering and procurement works. As a market leader in power generation and transmission, Asian Royal Construction has consistently delivered mega projects on time with strict adherence to quality and project management.
Asian Royal Construction’s project personnel organize and manage a full range of services necessary to oversee the project planning and project management demands, right from master planning to execution.
The division plans for every micro stage of the project to provide fast information flow between different phases and close collaboration of multi-disciplines of the project.
Asian Royal Construction is currently engaged in more than 40 power projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with an aggregate value of more than $3 bn.
Financial Capabilities
The IPP and Project Development division is backed by the $2.1 bn parent organization, Asian Royal. The IPP division in the past has been successful in raising both debt and equity of more than $1.5 bn to fund the 1.4 GW project portfolio in hand and the identified projects pipeline. The group has a sound capital structure, and a strong balance sheet and uses prudent financial engineering techniques and risk management practices to identify renewable energy projects for development. In addition to internal accruals, the division has already allocated resources for achieving the target of a 3 GW portfolio by 2021 by building an ecosystem of strategic partners and global financial institutions.
Operation & Maintenance
Operation and Maintenance are critical scopes in the lifecycle of renewable energy projects, especially Solar and Wind. alfanar’s edge lies in its inherent strengths and own workshop facility established in Jubail, KSA offering preventive and routine maintenance solutions for electrical, mechanical, and rotating equipment, overhaul, repair, rewinding, refurbishment, inspection, and testing. With a very strong team of experienced engineers and technicians, Asian Royal Engineering Services offers professional expertise in testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operation and maintenance services.
Asian Royal O&M division has worked on more than 250 projects and the capital investment in the division exceeds $25 mn, making it one of the leading solution providers in the region. Once the installation is complete and generating starts, Asian Royal O&M ensures the long-term performance and profitability of the project, providing operations and maintenance services, asset administration, and 24×7/365 monitoring and real-time response from its operations control center.
